Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

All orders are dispatched from our domestic US warehouse. We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to destinations outside the United States.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, will normally begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Handling Time

Our standard order handling time is one business day. During this period, your order is reviewed, prepared, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Please note that handling time is separate from the estimated shipping transit time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

United States: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, USPS operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free standard shipping may be available for qualifying orders. The applicable minimum order value and any promotional shipping terms will be shown at checkout.

Package Protection

Package Protection may be added to your order during checkout for an additional fee.

Package Protection provides additional coverage if your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Eligible orders covered by Package Protection may be reshipped at no additional product or shipping cost, subject to verification and the applicable Package Protection terms.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped within the United States via USPS.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.

Tracking Information

Please allow some time for the USPS tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.

Tracking information may not become active immediately after the shipping label is created. In some cases, it may take up to 24–48 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery details. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to our warehouse because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been transferred to USPS, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

We are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date and are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, operational disruptions, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other unexpected events.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Orders with Package Protection may be eligible for a free replacement shipment, subject to verification.

For orders placed without Package Protection, available assistance may depend on the outcome of the USPS investigation and the circumstances of the shipment.
